Challenge: UK cab operators needed a single marketplace where passengers could compare quotes from multiple operators, and operators needed deep tools to manage pricing, availability, and bookings — without a central admin bottleneck.
Public Site: Passengers enter pickup/dropoff, date, and passenger count and receive live quotes from competing operators. A 4-step guide (Start → Add Info → Compare Quotes → Book) keeps conversion smooth. Supports On Way, Return, and multi-stop trips. Car types shown in a carousel (Saloon, Estate, MPV, Executive, 8-Seater).
Company Admin Portal: Provides a real-time earnings dashboard (gauge, top sellers, visitor chart), fleet-level driver assignment, ratings trend analytics, availability pause controls (Standard / Executive fleet types), and flash sale management with live/expired sale tracking.
Operator Portal: Each cab company gets a full back-office with 6 pricing layers — Per Mile, Location Prices, Postcode Area Prices, Meet & Greet Charges, VIA Settings, and Public Holiday Uplifts. Operators control fleet availability by vehicle size per day, set notice periods, define trip ranges, and manage operating hours — all without requiring platform support.
Result: A fully self-serve marketplace where operators onboard, configure pricing, accept bookings, and manage their fleet independently, reducing support overhead and enabling rapid operator growth across the UK.
Challenge: Travel agencies needed a single platform to search and book flights for both walk-in customers (B2C) and corporate clients (B2B) with tiered credit limits, sub-agent hierarchies, and full financial audit trails.
Solution: Built a unified portal with a GDS/NDC-integrated flight search engine showing live inventory and a 7-day price calendar. The 5-step booking wizard (Search → Select → Passengers → Extras → Payment) minimises drop-off with progress indicators and inline validation. Agents can pay via credit limit, card, or the Go Unlimited subscription.
Agent Portal: The back-office supports master agent → sub-agent → user role hierarchy. Each agent has a configurable credit limit with real-time balance tracking. The report module exports Vouchers, Receipts, Invoices, and full Accounting Reports for reconciliation.
Result: Consolidated multi-airline booking across GDS and NDC sources into one interface, reducing booking time and eliminating manual fare calculations for agency staff.
